Podcasts are my favorite way to stay inspired, unwind, or just have something playing in the background while I get ready. Over the past few years, the podcast space has grown significantly. I have found some great shows that educate me on topics like beauty and fashion and others that educate me on the food industry and how to be healthier.

Here are the shows I’ve been loving lately — from mindset boosts to pure entertainment.

The Skinny Confidential: Him and Her Show

https://tscpodcast.com/

This show is hosted by a husband and wife duo, and they interview accomplished people from all different industries. They don’t shy away from taboo topics like plastic surgery, sex, and mental health – they welcome everyone just as they are. Their audience trusts them to give real, behind-the-scenes stories and information that many people avoid.

This show features everyone from wellness gurus to entrepreneurs, doctors, influencers, and celebrities. These two are very authentic and open. To someone like me, this is very refreshing.

The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Show works because it blends honesty, aesthetic, expertise, and a little edge — making it both aspirational and approachable, ideal for listeners who want to feel informed, entertained, and in the know.

Back to the Barre

This show is hosted by Christi Lukasiak and Kelly Hyland from the iconic show, Dance Moms. These two go episode by episode, giving their real reactions to what was happening at that time and providing all the scoop!

I grew up watching and loving Dance Moms, so this is the perfect podcast for me. It’s both very nostalgic and informative (at least for me). I love getting a new perspective on things where I thought I knew the full story, but there was so much more.

They post every Monday, and I can honestly say it’s a great start to my week! Even if you weren’t a huge fan of the show, it’s still a hilarious podcast with these two besties cracking jokes and roasting each other.

Christi and Kelly hold nothing back — they openly critique their own behavior, production decisions, and the drama that defined the series.

– The Debrief (from The Business of Fashion)

https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-debrief/id1617844496

This is a weekly podcast from The Business of Fashion where they unpack the most recent and most popular BoF stories.

Since this info is coming from a trusted publication like BoF, I know the information they share is credible. They go beyond trends by focusing on more of the business side. The Debrief also brings a global viewpoint, analyzing the fashion industry as part of larger economic, cultural, and social systems. This show blends storytelling, expert interviews, and sharp analysis, making it feel more like an inside briefing than a casual podcast.

As a lover of fashion myself, I love being informed on the most recent topics and gaining as much knowledge as I can. It gives me a well-rounded perspective on a myriad of topics.

The Debrief by Business of Fashion is successful because it blends insider expertise, global relevance, and smart analysis — offering fashion lovers and professionals the thoughtful, elevated conversations missing from trend-obsessed, influencer-driven content. It’s essential listening for anyone serious about the future of fashion.

– Just B with Bethenny Frankel

https://www.iheart.com/podcast/1119-just-b-with-bethenny-fran-71811069/

This is a show with Miss Bethenny Frankel, self-made mogul. She created the Skinnygirl Margarita, if you aren’t familiar. She was also on Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York, the best one in my opinion. Bethenny is known for her blunt and straight-to-the-point opinions, and her podcast is just that.

Just B isn’t just about celebrity gossip — Bethenny mixes business strategy, entrepreneurship advice, and personal growth with entertainment and pop culture commentary. Sometimes she has guests on for interviews, and other times it’s just her giving her take on something happening in our society.

People (myself included) love her for being authentic and bold with her opinions. She always adds a little bit of humor to everything, which I appreciate.

Just B with Bethenny Frankel works because it’s unapologetically bold, business-savvy, and real. Bethenny’s sharp takes, entrepreneurial mindset, and unfiltered commentary create a podcast that informs, entertains, and sparks conversation — perfect for people who want their entertainment with edge and insight.
